We undertook the interior restoration of this trailer in 2008 and used as a guesthouse. 

Kitchen: Original Dixie stove, Frigidaire refrigerator, work great. Replaced flooring with Marmoleum. Glass tile backsplash in orange/white/green-blue pattern. Undersink 10 gal water heater, 

LR has bamboo flooring. Custom made foldable table, futton couch drops into bed. New lights, new birch paneling on walls. Wiring replaced in 2008. Fiberglass insulation installed throughout. 

Bath was repainted with retro blue green color. 2" wood blinds installed throughout. 

BR has Sealy mattress.

Exterior: we cleaned the skin but did not polish. There are several scratches and a dent from snow on rear roof. 

Undercarriage: We only towed this trailer once a very short distance and did not restore undercarriage, so cannot vouch for it. It needs new tires at the least.
